How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@xhao.app from the email address linked to your account. If you signed in another way, include your account email or user ID.
2. Use the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the app name and your platform (Android or iOS).
3. We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask you to verify that you own the account.
4. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, and we will send you a confirmation email when it is done.

Data that will be deleted

• Your account profile and login information (such as your email address).
• App data and preferences linked to your account.
• Usage data associated with your account.

Data that may be retained

• Records we are required to keep by law (for example, for tax, accounting or fraud prevention), kept only for the legally required period.
• Aggregated or anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you.
• Purchase and subscription records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, which are managed by those platforms.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings before requesting deletion.

Delete your data without deleting your account

If you only want some of your data removed, email support@xhao.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and tell us which data you would like deleted. We will process your request within 30 days.
